1. Conveyance stops suddenly during work, only to start after a meeting

Cause: The temperature of the conveying motor or the glued motor is too high
Solution: Check whether the conveying or gluing motor is out of phase or the load is too large

2. The temperature suddenly drops during use and never rises again

Reasons: temperature controller is bad; heating pipe is broken; whether the power line is out of phase; whether the neutral line is short-circuited
Solution: Replace; check power cord

3. The temperature is unstable during use.

Cause: Poor contact between temperature sensor and temperature controller
Solution: Check if the screws behind the temperature controller are loose

4.  The glue on the board is uneven

Reason: 1.The melting temperature of the 1 glue is not consistent with the temperature of the temperature controller
               2 .the amount of glue is too small

Solution: 1. Adjust the temperature of the temperature controller according to the melting temperature of the glue
